Shipping & Handling
All our shipping methods are traceable. The customer receives a shipping code when the order is marked as "shipped" on the "my orders" page. If you do not receive a shipping code, contact us. Flutter-shop.com is able to ship all around the world. Please note that some products are subject to custom restriction, therefore if we will not be able to ship your order, we will contact you. Please write the address in English in order to help the courier to read and handle your order. We ship Ex Works, abbreviated EXW, is one of the contractual clauses in use in international sales, those codified in the Incoterms and which serve to establish the rights and duties of each of the parties involved, also defining the division of the costs of transport, insurance and customs between seller and buyer.
Please note: keep track of the shipment, it is important! Even if the delivery address is clear, some couriers cannot deliver the package to you. The package remains in storage in the area warehouse and if no one claims it, it is destroyed or returned. Resending will cost you. A destroyed package is non-refundable. Some packages can get stuck in customs. Use the receipt you find in your "my orders" page as proof of payment and match it to the PayPal transaction or to the chosen payment method. Check carefully that the chosen courier has no problems with the destination in your country.
Choice of courier according to destination
Flutter shop aims to ensure the successful handling and the shipment of your order. Choose carefully your couriers according to your shipping address. In some countries you might incur in customs clearance issues (such as Brazil, South America or Russia) or in products restrictions problems. As a result your order could be stuck at the customs. For this reason keep in mind that our products can be purchase from our Hong Kong, Shenzhen warehouse as well as European ones. We suggest to contact us upon placing your order to get more information and details.
Notice for buyers from India: if you are a business and you're importing products from overseas warehouse, you must have import / export license for customs. If you are a private customer, you must provide us with a valid document (to be sent to the address email@example.com reporting the order number) certifying the delivery address with the delivery note for customs. It is recommended to use Aramex / Gati couriers, the China Post service is very slow. KYC is required.
The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. If so, we shall inform you of any additional charges and wait for your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.
Shipping Availability Date
After the payment is cleared the products will be ready within 3 to 5 business day.
Please note that any mentioned shipping or delivery date have to be considered as estimates. Orders may incur in delays for a variety of reasons, as custom clearance, that are beyond our control.
If your order is not shipped within 14 business day or your payment transaction is not received both parties can cancel, reject or terminate the customer order or transaction. In case the costumer cancels or rejects his/her order due to delays or non-delivery, he/she will receive a refund (without interests) for the transaction.

Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend you to select an appropriate, relevant and adequate insurance against the risk of loss and damage. All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.). However, we aren't responsible for any damaged or lost items while in transit.

The insurance agreement involves solely the contractor and the insured and it cannot exceed total value of the items invoiced.
Customer can also decide to stipulate an insurance before the order is processed. In this case, we will inform you whether is possible or not according to the selected courier.
The total amount of insurance can varied from 2% to 5% of total value of the customer order.
